Imagine:

A wonderful spring morning. You open your eyes and stretch in bed sweetly, not wanting to get up. Today is the day off and will not need to hurry up – that fact happy you. Let’s look at how the proposed method helps us to transform your life in a positive manner.

Step One.

Voicing this state, a person “takes out” a negative energy, which destroys him here and now and brings additional problems and difficulties in the future. This step is essential to be honest with yourself – the dishonesty itself destroys a person’s life particularly intense.

One Can Always Dream. Nothing Can Stop Him

How often do your dream? What are you dreaming about?

Many people are afraid to dream, mistakenly believing that dreams can tear them away from reality. It is not. On the contrary, dreams help to make this world more real.

A dream is the place where we can safely experiment with your lives. It is in dreams we try on new roles and events. Trying a role and having lived a specific event, it becomes clear to us that we will like, and what we won’t. Giving dreams, we more clearly understand our desires and needs. Aware of your needs, you make your life more consciously, you have less and less a state of “I want something but I do not know exactly what.” You do not go to bouts of vague dissatisfaction with life. In turn, realizing your wishes, you are able to eliminate the cause of dissatisfaction. In other words, understanding their desires, you can fill your life with joy and peace of mind.

During your dreams your real dream is born. That is the dream that is able to conquer countries and continents, to raise man above the clouds and explore uncharted depths, inspiring one and all to the most ambitious and courageous feats. DREAM, which fills all your thoughts and your life. DREAM makes sense of all your actions and your whole life.

Why do so many people spend their whole lives searching for meaning in life – they have forgotten how to dream! Unfortunately, over the years, we lose this ability.

Exercise: “My Dream”

You will need 15-20 minutes of free time.

Condition number 1: maximum concentration on this wonderful exercise. Do not get distracted.

Try to time this exercise to forget your everyday problems and everyday issues.

Take a comfortable position and release your thoughts into free flight, that they freely come and freely leave your consciousness. Let your inner critic and a skeptic to being “turned off”.

Fantasize:

– about what you dreamed in your childhood;

– About what you want the most;

– How do you see your life in the ideal;

What gives us the dreams?

In dreams we are opening ourselves and our preferences. In dreams we delineate our desires. We can transfer desires to the aspirations and goals. What could be more grateful than the realization of your goals?

Purposeful man is free from the melancholy and depression. He had no time!

What are you afraid of?

Frankly speaking while answering on this question, a person can give us a couple of dozen of different answers – from dogs and height, and ending with scandals and the evil eye. Each individual has his own unique set of fears that lives in him for many years. You will not find such people who are afraid of nothing. The spectrum of human fears is very wide, but it can be divided into two broad categories. So, here they are

1. the animal fear:

Instinct is perhaps one of the most important defense mechanisms of any man. Fear of physical pain and deformation of the body. There is also a fear of fighting, violence and dentists. As well as the fear of death.

2. the Social fears:

These fears include: fear of public speaking, fear of mistakes, fear of condemnation of others, fear of failure, fear of feeling weak or frustrated and so on …

According to the sociological surveys that were conducted in 2003, up to 90% of people are trying to fight their fears. Each of the parents wants to see their child financially consistent in the future, have enough money to meet his needs and know how to earn money. Creative Thinking: How To Order The Events

What do you want to have happened with you over the next 15 minutes? It is a fairly simple question about which few people hardly think. We have more dreams about some kind of global goals and of great deeds, and not notice that small desires and dreams are realized no less. Most of our attention, we tend to send to the big goals, not giving proper attention to the goals smaller. That’s how people fall into the trap, where big dreams and plans do not come true for one simple reason: no experience and confidence that the wishes and dreams can come true at all.

Let us be clear in the process of realization of desires.

Let’s create our own system of required orders and desired results.

The “Conscious order of events.”

It all begins with the realized and sounded, perhaps even mentally, desires. You can book events and results; you should only learn how to order your desire. Let’s learn to do it in steps.

Step 1. Make out your wish.

What do you want to have happened to you over the next 15 minutes? Answer yourself this question: “I want to ____________». Desire can be very different in volume and in reality at the moment.

”I want somebody to bring me a cup of coffee now”

“I want to dine in the restaurant for free”

“I want to have a raised the salary for the work”

Step 2. Feel the result.

Step 3. Remove the dependence on the result.

Depression – Get Rid Of It

Although the evidence of depression might be all too real for you, depression is simply not real. If you’re suffering from depression, you’re only imagining it because depression is the direct result of your subconscious mind’s obsession with useless thoughts that were impressed upon it during your childhood years. It is normal for your subconscious mind to dwell on the past – everyone’s does – it’s simply that the nonsense that yours is focused on is evidently a little (or a lot) off the beaten track. This is not your fault – your subconscious mind was conditioned with those thoughts by others, people and events that made you feel bad, guilty, upset during your childhood years.

Whilst it’s normal for your subconscious to dwell on out-dated deeply-rooted thoughts, this habit doing you damage – you have the evidence of it in your daily life. Again, you shouldn’t feel bad about this – everyone’s subconscious mind is doing the same damage – you’re lucky that you have the advantage over others in realizing that you’ve got a problem.

But that problem is solely down to what your subconscious mind is paying attention to. You’ve got to tear your mind away from those self-destructive thoughts and redirect your attention to the only place and time that is actually real, the only time and place that you can fully live – the present moment. If you manage to turn your attention to the present moment you will experience something that you probably have never experienced before – there’s no such thing as depression, there’s no such thing as anxiety or fear, there’s just a wonderful world full of possibilities and opportunities – and quantum physics proves that that wonderful world is simply waiting to respond to your hopes and dreams.

Medication or pills won’t enable you experience the difference between reality and the illusion of stress – they might make the pain vanish for a while but your subconscious mind will always slither back to the old, out-dated thoughts that aren’t real but just an imprint of a past long gone. The one way in which you will experience reality – one cleansed of depression – is to learn how to clear your mind. This is no big deal because, as a child, you had a totally clear mind – that’s how those bad feelings were impressed upon you way back then. All you have to do now is re-train yourself to focus on what your five senses are telling you, just right now – without putting your subconscious mind’s warped interpretation onto the facts.

I believe that the best way to relearn how to pay attention to the reality of the present moment is meditation – preferably, for starters, guided meditation. It may take you a while to get used to it, it can be difficult, but a little commitment will bring about the incredible benefit of your being able to live your life to the full.

Changing Your Life And The Curse Of Useless Thought

I have been holding Personal Development Seminars for nearly sixteen years and even now, after all that time working on my own mind, I get out of bed some mornings niggled by stupid thoughts – or the little rascals come hunting for me as the day progresses, when I least expect them. However, I really should expect it because, sadly, the adult human appears to be intent on confounding our desire to do our best during the course of our everyday lives.

Over seven decades of study in the field of psychology tells us that the average mind is bordering on a a hand grenade. And you need look no further than your workplace, your football or golf club or the local paper for all the evidence to validate all that scholarly research – to say nothing of what you’ll find going on on the world stage! Normal crazed people are forever misbehaving themselves and they seem unable to stop it. Of course, if you take all the research as a given, we are unable to stop it – because our minds are pre-programmed to pay previous little attention to reality and plenty of attention to all the nonsense that simply isn’t going on at all. If we go looking for a culprit, the useless thoughts in our head would be the prime suspect.

We are plagued by approximately fifty-thousand random thoughts each day – and that’s while we’re awake, so we’re not even looking at a full twenty four hours. Many of these thoughts are simply silly – like ‘I wish I was out playing golf or lying on a sun-chair than stuck at this boring meeting’ – thinking that you’d like to be somewhere else won’t change the fact of where you are! However, quite a few of our random thoughts are a little more dangerous. I’ve no doubt that you’ve got your own list but here are a couple examples of those toxic thoughts. ‘I’m so shy I’ll never be able to talk to her/him.’ (Delete as appropriate!!) ‘I would like to be more assertive and not let people get the better of me.’ ‘I’m never going to get that job.’ ‘I’ll be happy when I’m three stone lighter.’

The issue with these thoughts is that, first of all, they confirm that, if your life is not-too-bad, that’s good enough. It isn’t! The second problem is that this type of thinking enables (and that’s clearly the wrong word) your subconscious mind to pay attention to all the nonsense that it learned about you when you were young and impressionable. These are the things – and don’t forget that the mind has a habit of tending towards the negative – that you currently believe to be true. They are the things that are holding you back.

Don’t misunderstand me. Your mind will never stop being plagued by useless thoughts – as I’ve said, that’s the way we’ve been built. But you can decide whether or not you will pay this nonsense any attention. You must realize that you have a very real alternative to wasting your time, or your life on all that garbage – you could decide to devote your attention to the reality of the here and now. And, if that reality involves enduring that mind-numbing meeting, you could find that paying more attention to what’s going on might make you that bit more efficient, more productive and happier – the things that most of us search for from life.

Pushing Past Circumstances. Changing The Attitudes To The Law

What if sometimes we attract something that we do not want? What about all that we have attracted in our life? Do we have to meekly suffer, until we spent the last penny? Are we limited to karma? Yes, to some degree we are limited by what has already been made – cannot bring the law into effect and have no consequences. You reap as you sow, there is no doubt, but there is something to think about. The Bible says that if a person repents, his sins are forgiven, and never remembered. Here we have two statements that seem at first sight contradictory. The first says that we should suffer from the offense, and the second – that under certain conditions it does not necessarily to suffer. What are these conditions? Changing the attitudes to the law. This means that we should stop to think and act the wrong way.

When we do this, we reject the old order, and we affirm in a new one. Someone might say: if this is true, then how about the Law of Cause and Effect? It is broken? No, and here’s why: The law is not violated, it continues to act in the same direction, if we kept the wrong way, but when we change the cause, that is, think and act differently, then we can change the course of the Law. It is the same law, but we changed it over, and then, instead constrain and punish us, it releases the blessing. It remains the law, but we changed our attitude towards it. We could throw a stone at the window, and if nothing can stop it, it will break the glass. Here you have the law in action. But if someone catches the stone before it reaches the window glass would survive. And the glass is not broken, and the law is not broken. Within the law can be changed, and that’s all. Thus, we can, no matter what happened in the past, step over what happened, so it will never affect us. Therefore, if we keep in mind that is not the best; let us remember that we are not obliged to hold on to it. It was the best of our old ideas, and it was good before, has not yet taken place, but now we know more and can do better.

Law works without deviation, as the Law of Attraction. All we have to do is to throw the unwanted of our thoughts, to forgive ourselves and begin anew. We must never even think about the past. Say goodbye to it forever. Our diverse experience will be more and more to teach us so to shape our thoughts and desires to conform to the fundamental purpose of the Great Mind – the embodiment of perfect. Fear of the conscious application of the Act could paralyze all efforts to further development.

We will come to greater and greater understanding that embodies the grand cosmic plan, and all that we need to do is give it ourselves to achieve, perhaps, the real life. When we surrender our thoughts with the great goals, then we obtain the appropriate blessing, because the act together with our Father, who knows from the outset and the final result. We must never lose sight of what we are all endowed with an individual right to use the law and that we cannot use it.

Let us therefore go forward with the belief that a great force acting through us, that the law is the law of wholly good, that we plant the seeds of our thoughts in the Absolute Mind, and that we can follow our path, enjoying the divine privilege to work with the infinite.

The first step – Create your own destiny

Identify your personal characteristics, strengths and talents;

Name 3 possibilities how to develop each side and your talents;

Develop an action plan to realize these opportunities;

The third step – Set your goals

Goal is a desire with the date of the exercise.

The main features:

Does this goal describe everything that I want to achieve in a complete way?

Is this goal measurable?

Is it possible to estimate it accurately?

Is it difficult?

Does it require the effort and discipline?

Is this goal realistic?

Is it possible to achieve this goal?

How will I measure my progress?

The fourth step – Believe in it until you will get it!

Fear can help you to achieve more goals if you learn how to manage it. The best way to cope with fear is to recognize it.

To begin, select any situation in which you experienced fear.

Now finish the following sentences:

In this situation, I’m afraid that_______________________________________

In the worst case_________________________________________________

In the best case_________________________________________________

The fifth step – Hope for a good harvest, but continue to work the soil

Do not worry about what will happen or not. This will happen if you stubbornly go ahead.

If you want to succeed, we must sow the seeds of success, not the failure.

The sixth step – Please be patient

Set a goal. Work. Move in the right direction. Every week and every month you have to celebrate your progress. If necessary, make a chart or table.

Do not change the goal, even if you do not have time to set time frame. It is better to change the course.

The seventh step – Respect yourself

You are the only at yourself, so take care of yourself. Learn to be disciplined, respect your mind, body and spirit. Think about that you bring the benefit to everything you touch. And when you will understand this – not just believe in it but understand it – you will start to see the fruits of all your efforts.

The people will become to reach to you and there will be the circumstances that will help you to realize all your dreams. Evaluate yourself and the people that surround you also will appreciate you according to the merit.
