Self Esteem

Let me firstly ask you two questions.

1. How do you feel about yourself?

2.How well organised are you?

Notice that if you feel fairly well organised then you probably feel rather good about yourself, i.e. your self-esteem is probably high. In fact, if you are reading personal development books, listening to audio programs or attending seminars on personal development and self-esteem, then chances are you’re caught in a circle. You do some personal development, and you feel better, and you get on with life, but then BAM, the disorganisation of your life catches up with you and and what happens? You go back to doing a bunch of personal development again. Self-esteem and personal organisation are essentially two sides of the same coin. The coin that opens the gateway to all success. You can either focus on  those sides separately or together, but in the end organisation will always caome back to self esteem, and vice versa, self-esteem depends on getting organised  Both in your career development and personal life.

Self EsteemBy emotionally getting involved and exerting mind control of your personal areas at work and home you will start feeling proud of your surroundings, and ever more competent at getting organised.  Focusing intellectually on how to get organised, and emotionally super-charging that effort for all the positive emotions that come from being organised, will have a major beneficial effect on your self-esteem; and that provides even more fuel to get more organised.

Self-esteem and Getting Organised create a self-supporting positive feedback mechanism. The more you improve on one of them, the more you will improve the other. Your double sided objective is to work on both, be mindful of both and understand how they both inter-relate, and ultimately combine as the two sides of that same coin. The coin that affords your every desire, and inevitably brings you all that you deserve.

Loving Ones self

To master the above is the first stage of really loving yourself and, as you know, being deeply loving of the authentic, magnificent, unique person you are is the first stage of attracting the love of others into your life…If you don’t love yourself you can never realise the true love of others..There will always be something missing.

Today as a first step towards enhancing your self esteem, why not shout yourself something cool, just for you. Here are some ideas.
